LOOKING FOR AN EDUCATIONAL YET ENTERTAINING WAY OF CELEBRATING "UNIQUENESS" AND COMPASSION FOR THOSE WHO ARE DIFFERENT?
Children's author Christine Frances Poe shares Tikko's adventures (between 10 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - up to 4 hours), with a video presentation, special book reading of "TIKKO TRAVELS Dorian's Story" and question/answer periods for JK to Grade 5 students in Burlington, Oakville, Georgetown, Hamilton, Milton, Mississauga and Brampton. ($160.00/hour minimum plus fuel if outside Burlington/Oakville).
Books are $20.00 each with profits supporting Tikko's travels and local AUTISM CHARITIES/ORGANIZATIONS (see website for a list of those we support). Also included is a "letter to parents" you can send home (optional).
This presentation is fun & informative for ANY EVENT; for schools, libraries, camps, community centres, clubs, etc.; and enjoyable for children & parents alike whether living with autism or not. It's focus is on celebrating "uniqueness" and accepting others for who they are.
